From Northern Va.:
- North to Maryland on 495.
- Cross the Potomac River at the American Legion Bridge.
- At the 270/495 Spur - Take 495 East
- Exit at the Connecticut Ave. exit, South.
- Go 1.2 miles to East-West Highway.
- Left on East-West Highway.
- Go 1.2 miles to Grubb Rd.
- Right on Grubb Rd.
- We're 2 blocks on the left.

From Frederick, Rockville, and points north:
- Follow 270 South to the 270/495 Spur.
- At the 270/495 Spur - Take 495 East
- Exit at the Connecticut Ave. exit, South
- Go 1.2 Miles to East-West Highway.
- Left on East-West Highway.
- Go 1.2 Miles to Grubb Rd.
- Right on Grubb Rd.
- 2 Blocks on the left.

From Bethesda:
- Go East on Montgomery Ave./East-West Highway
- Cross Connecticut Ave.
- Go 1.2 miles to Grubb Rd.
- Right on Grubb Rd.
- We're 2 blocks on the left.

From Washington DC:
- Take 16th. Street North to East-West Highway.
- Left onto East-West Highway.
- Left onto Washington Avenue (the 2nd traffic light)
- Go .25 miles to Grubb Rd.
- On the right is the Rock Creek Shopping Center

From Silver Spring and points East:
- Take 495 West
- Exit at the Colesville Rd.(RT.29) Exit, South.
- Go 1.5 miles to East-West Highway.
- Right on East-West Highway.
- Left onto Washington Ave. (the 3rd traffic light)
- Go .25 miles to Grubb Rd.
- On the right is the Rock Creek Shopping Center.

While on your Beach Drive Bicycle Ride:
- Take West Beach Drive-(it's the road between the second gate just south of the MD./DC. Line. and the third gate by Wise Rd.)
- Travel straight through the many stop signs-at least 6-to Primrose.
- Left on Primrose.
- Primrose will turn into Grubb Rd. at the MD./DC. line.
- Just a little bit more to the Rock Creek Shopping Center.
